Example: 717*1803 This changes the frequency of the remote to 147.180+, the 7.180 being the frequency
and the 3 meaning a plus split. Dubois would be 717*3903, State College would be 716*8501 where the 1 means a minus
split on a frequency of 146.850, 146.520 simplex would be 716*5202 where the 2 means simplex.
1 = minus split
2 = simplex
3 = plus split
